Michelle is the Founder/CEO of wakeUPgirl – a multi-media platform with a mission to inspire women and girls to WAKE UP and go for their dreams.  As the host of www.wakeUPgirlRADIO.com, a national talk show, she is joined by an all-star cast of women in leadership and innovation to help ALL women WAKE UP!

With a Master’s Degree in Transformational Leadership from Seattle University and over a decade of study in personal development and leadership, Michelle Majors has developed incisive insights that help her uplift and inspire women and girls to navigate through the barriers and circumstances of life and discover their true, authentic SELF.  Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate of Educational Leadership (cognate in Psycho-Spiritual Development) at Seattle University.

Michelle is also the Founder/Program Director of The LeadHERship Academy where she works with young women in Middle School, High School and College to help them develop skills as leaders and agents of change. The objective is for them to discover the BEST of themselves and translate that into a role of leadership.  Michelle’s favorite event is the Girls Empowerment Luncheon for Middle School Girls where they dress up and are transported via limousine to a five star restaurant.  You can find out more at www.LeadHERshipAcademy.com.
